Voids due to loss can sometimes hold us back
Losing someone who is close to us can be life changing. Having the ability to remember the one lost and express all feelings associated with the loss can be frightening, vulnerable, and sad. There is great value to facing loss and grief head on so that continuing on with life can be a true possibility.

How I will help
I would first want to hear about your recent loss. I would also want to hear about your history and how this impacts the loss. Together, we will work grieve. I will attempt to listen, understand, teach, and direct you in ways that could reduce any symptoms you are having.
Everyone is unique. Sometimes therapy can make things feel worse before they feel better. The goal is to eventually help you manage what feels absolutely unmanageable.
