How I will help you
We will first begin by spending time assessing why you are: anxious, depressed, or experiencing trauma. We will next address your history and how this feeds into your anxiety, depression, or trauma state. I will work to listen, understand, teach, and direct you in ways that could reduce your symptoms. This can take some time as I am wanting to know what makes you tick and what helps you in life.
Everyone is unique. Sometimes therapy can make things feel worse before they better. The goal is to eventually help you manage the unmanageable.
